There are still vacant slots available at the Coaching depot. BZA trains are being dumped into NS/MTM CDO if Kakinada MP & ZRUCC members ask for new train extensions or frequency increases. The simple reason given is path constraints and saturation, but SCR has provided paths for trains from other zones. It seems like Kakinada is only being considered for revenue purposes, not for trains.
