* It allows user to select nearest station.

* It will also allow IR to document and analyze actual bookings from satellite station and decide it stoppages based on true footfalls. e.g. below

- passengers booking in 12531/32, book for GKP ⇌ LJN but deboard/board @ BNZ. even the fare diff. is bearable.
- GOY lost halts of 15025/26 Chitrakoot and 11123/24 GWL ⇌ BJU Mail post covid inspite getting good footfall because CNB was selected as booking station.

* It will indirectly decongest the main/primary station in the town.

* Last but not the least, Kind of educating the passenger about nearest station.
