Meanwhile, two firms, NCC Ltd. & Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL), submitted bids for two civil construction packages of the Bengaluru Suburban Rail Project (BSRP), which is approximately 149 km long and includes 18 stations. These packages, C4A and C4B, are part of the Kanaka Line (Corridor 4) spanning 46.88 km and connecting Heelalige station to Rajanukunte station. Both packages involve construction of elevated and at-grade stations with an estimated cost of Rs. 504.11 crore and Rs. 528.05 crore, respectively. The bids will undergo technical evaluation before financial bids are opened to determine the lowest bidder for each package.
