This includes amenities like a combined waiting room, restrooms, food stalls, a lounge for passengers, a 12-meter wide foot overbridge, development and beautification of the station front, elevators, and escalators. The tender for the construction work was awarded to a Ghaziabad-based company in August. The contractor began work in December but failed to maintain momentum. The work on platform 1 elevation, escalators, waiting room, and restrooms remained incomplete, and the project was halted for over a month. The contractor had dug a pit in the station premises and left it unfinished, creating inconvenience for passengers. Following a surprise inspection by the DRM on Monday, the contractor was reprimanded for the incomplete work. Following this, the contractor resumed work on Wednesday.

Isme saare facilities milenge, jaise combined waiting room, washrooms, food stalls, passengers ke liye lounge, 12 meter wide foot overbridge, station ke front ka development aur beautification, lifts and escalators. Station ke makeover ke liye construction ka tender August mein Ghaziabad ki ek company ko diya gaya tha. Contractor ne December mein kaam start kar diya tha, lekin kaam ki speed slow rahi. Platform 1 ki height badhane, escalators, waiting room aur washrooms ka kaam incomplete chhod diya gaya aur kaam almost ek mahine se band tha. Contractor ne station premises mein ek pit khoda tha aur uske chaaron taraf tin laga kar kaam chod diya tha, jisse passengers ko pareshani ho rahi thi. Monday ko DRM ne station ka surprise inspection kiya aur incomplete kaam dekh kar contractor ko scold kiya. Iske baad Wednesday ko contractor ne fir se kaam start kar diya.
