Trains like the Lucknow-Delhi Shatabdi Express, Kanpur-Delhi Shatabdi Express, Vaishali Express, Kaifiyat Express, Gomti Express, Amrit Bharat Express, Mahabodi Express, Farakka Express, Humsafar Express, Mahananda Express, Kalka Express, and Seemanchal Express are all facing difficulties in securing confirmed tickets. While the railway administration has yet to announce special train services, North Central Railway's Public Relations Officer, Amit Kumar Singh, has confirmed the operation of additional trains to handle the surge. The Roadways administration has also made arrangements for additional buses. Regional Manager Satyendra Verma has reported that around 300 buses will be running on routes with heavy demand, including Delhi, Noida, Ballabhgarh, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, Aligarh, Kanpur-Lucknow, Hathras, Agra, Mathura, Eta, Kasganj, Firozabad, Bareilly, and Moradabad. The number of buses will be adjusted based on passenger demand. All staff have been barred from taking leave, but the state government has not yet announced any free travel provisions for sisters.
