gaya hai, jaha pe theft, harassment, aur doosre crimes zyada ho rahe hai. Kashmere Gate, Rajiv Chowk, Seelampur, Anand Vihar, aur Kalkaji jaise stations pe plain clothes mein officers ki tadad badhayi jaayegi. Goal yeh hai ki passengers ke liye safe environment banaya jaaye, aur officers easily crowd mein ghul-mil kar incidents pe jaldi reaction de sake.
