mahenga samajh kar, price kam karne ka kaha. Alstom ne yeh price kam karne se mana kar diya, jisse tender cancel ho gaya. Ab Railways is tender ko revised conditions ke saath dobara issue karega, jisse zyada bidders aaye aur unhe better price mil sake. Isse Vande Bharat fleet ko aluminium variants ke saath modernise karne ka target hai.
