I'll like to disagree with you here. Not because this is a politically not-correct term, but because the root of the problem lies somewhere else.
People don't want to work nowadays, everything has come down to making a work look like it has been done. Everyone just likes to check the list and get back to their phones. And here also lies the biggest downside of privatization which many people miss deliberately.

Everyone attributes the privatization to something like in IT industry. But in small scale jobs, it's just long hours and minimal pays, with no job security. And you won't ever give your 100% to something like that. Tell me why a gangman will toil whole day if he's outsourced, because now he has no liability to the organization.
And the elephant in the room, everyone says government employees don't work. That's the reason I say ministers and top bureaucrat should be held responsible. If the top brass will be held responsible, they'll keep their subordinates in check. And services will be better automatically.
But when every question raised by someone is quashed by fellow citizens in the name of petty politics, we can't expect any change anytime soon.
please wait...Translate to EnglishBro, I gotta disagree with you here. Not coz the term's not politically correct, but coz the real issue is somewhere else.
Bro, peeps these days just ain't keen on workin'. Everything's about makin' it look like stuff's gettin' done. Everyone's all about tickin' off their tasks and gettin' back to their phones. And yo, this is where privatization takes a bad turn that many folks choose to ignore on purpose.
Peeps link privatization with the IT industry and all, but for small gigs, it's just grindin' for long hours with crap pay and zero job security. You ain't gonna bust your ass givin' your all to somethin' like that. Why would a grunt bust his hump all day if he's outsourced and ain't got no ties to the company?
And let's talk about the major issue here - everyone's quick to say government employees slack off. That's why I think we gotta hold ministers and top officials accountable. If the big shots are held responsible, they'll keep the lower ranks in line. That way, the services will naturally improve.
But when any valid concerns get shut down by peeps playin' petty politics, ain't no change gonna come anytime soon, know what I'm sayin'?
