Good step by SER....Cancel everything and run only freight trains..... worst division I have seen in full IR. Instead of running new trains with increasing demand wants to cancel existing ones also.
I am really shocked with the patience of passengers of Adra division over years after years.....Adra div dosen't give new trains, dosen't run existing important trains like HWH-PRR Exp on time, dose poor maintenance of important trains but still passengers in this division don't take any strict actions. If this was done in KGP, HWH, SDAH Division na then there would have been Rail roko, political and media intervention, and other very strong protest by daily passengers and thst would have forced Railway to restrore these to be canceled...

It's a proposal.Not the official PR. It's not going to happen.They cancel these trains in a step wise manner. And there are track renewal work going on Adra -Mdn sec. So first of all they have to complete the work.

I don't know about BJP comming or not.....no politics i want to go into ..... my point is local daily passengers must protest from day 1....go to DRM office, use media and social media, go to local MP and MLA , if nothing happens do Rail Roko..... otherwise you will suffer and timings of suffering is unlimited i am telling you...this is Adra division and SER they can do anything for freight trains....more such steps will also come up in comming days if not protested strongly now.

This is a preamble of the proposal, taken in a wrong way by members in IRI. This was put forward by Anara lobby as a protest against excessive freight traffic being thrown into the network. The lobby wants the zone to choose either total freight or balanced traffic based on present infrastructure that doesn't hinder passenger convenience. ADRA division never proposed or forwarded it. Operating Manager wants the response from the headquarters. That's it. Do not panic about cancellations.

Adra division is now in huge pressure after this letter came out in public in all social media. How can adra adra division prepare such an proposal is the 1st question, whether will get approval or not is secondary. But this useless Adra division instead of running new trains with increasing demand thought of cancellation of so many trains which is totally unacceptable. I am happy about the way of protest going on and want more daily passengers to add to it.

This year bypass survey sanctioned at Bankura to connect KGP-BQA section to this BQA-MASAGRAM section.......
Sir i have a request that next time if you do railfanning in this route someday in future please try to have a look at the booking counters crowd at few stations if possible.....actually to see how is the ticket booking there ....was ticket checking done enroute ?
