In SER Pink book 2011-12, 2012-2013, 2013-14, 2014-15,2015-16,2016-17, there was a project which i had earlier mentioned in many other posts also. The project was to construct additional dock platform at Hijli station for EMU trains. Money was also spent for 6 consecutive Financial years. This project was taken up by SER when it was decided to shift all long distance trains which require locoreversal at Kharagpur to Hijli stn in year 2012, 2013 year. It was then planned to run EMU trains from Hijli to Howrah to help these long distance trains passengers also. Initially SER ran few KGP-HIJLI EMU Locals also which latter Cancelled.But in Pink Book 2017-18, suddenly this project Vanished and a new project came to develop surrounding areas of Hijli stn and other works in 2018-19 pink book. Hijli has presently no EMU connectivity, also very poor road and train connectivity with other parts of WB and even with Kharagpur. The private auto, taxi walas loot passengers when the deboard at Hijli station from long distance trains. In night time even these auto,taxi services are not available. Initially SER ran few free bus service from Hijli stn to Kharagpur stn but that also latter withdrawn. Now where is these huge money spent for 6 Financial years??? I go towards Hijli station as i go towards IIT Kharagpur areas for my office work , i had not seen any additional dock platform construction at hijli stn for EMU trains. Had anyone else seen it?????
See i have post an old SER Pink book screenshot see SL. NO. 49 i have marked.....other years you can check in IR Website, and correct me if I am wrong . Does anyone Anyone can tell me about this project of SER?
A little addition..this project was incoporated 2011-2012 SER Pink book. So, money alloted for 6 consecutive years but no additional dock platform constructed, atleast i have not seen till date. Did anyone noticed??

A Big and Busiest Junction Under SCR Zone "Vijayawada Junction" didn't have Bye-pass Line till last year 2016.Especially the Trains Coming From Visakhapatnam/Howrah/Bhubaneshwar/Guwahati/Sambalp ur/Kakinada/Machilipatnam/Narasapur going towards Hyderabad Via Kazipet route should be LocoReversed.Still Now the same Process has been repeating for these trains at Vijayawada Junction.The Trains Which are Coming from Kazipet Direction and Going towards Visakhapatnam direction which are getting Locoreversed at Vijayawada Junction are:-

How long this locoreversal Problem continues at Vijayawada Junction?The better solution for this is to Construct " Vijayawada North Railway station" after Kondapalli with 4 platforms to avoid loco reverse problem.
Earlier the same situation was repeated at Kazipet Junction and Wardha Junction.Later on those halts were replaced by warangal and sevagram.Now we hope for Vijayawada Junction also

No We won't accept for Bye-Pass Line at Peddapalli Jn,Because it will badly effect on the revenue on Peddapalli Junction,If bye-pass line is constructed.Instead of Bye-Pass Line Peddapalli Junction Should be constructed with one another platform for LocoReversals Especially the trains coming from Nizamabad End and Going towards Warangal,Compulsory Engine should be Changed From Diesel to Electric and Engine should Reverse the direction.
The Better solution For this Construction of 3rd Platform at Peddapalli Junction.
Or Else Railways should Construct one More New Railway station in Between Peddapalli Junction and Kottapally Railway stations

to avoid LocoReversal Problems and that New Railway station should be 3kms away from Peddapalli Junction and the Railway station should be named as "Peddapalli South". LikeWise Wardha Junction and Sewagram are Just 3kms away from each other, Katni Junction(KTE) and Katni South(KTES) are 6kms away from each other and Even in Nellore city also there are 2 Railway stations Namely Nellore and Nellore South.

please extend this train from balharshah to kazipet junction so this can be very useful for gondia passengers for going hyderabad and vijayawada from kazipet junction.
our scr officials have extended the bhagyanagar express from kagaznagar to balharshah and singareni passenger from sirpur town to ballarshah,but why i don't know cr and secr railway officials wont extend their zone trains till kazipet or nizamabad.what is this in justice for our scr people.you people will extend our zone passenger trains or express trains to your state important cities with political influence,but you people you are not at all interested in extending your zone passenger or express trains to our zone important cities why so?

moreover i think almost all balharshah-gondia single line 250kms electrification has been completed except for a few distance.if you run this train till kazipet in the same route with electric engine there wont be any problem of locoreversal anywhere, instead it will benefit a lot of intermediate passenger stations giving connectivity to all the towns and villages in between balharsah-gondia section from telangana state.and thereby reducing the distance to gondia at a distance of 100kms via bpq-nab instead of the circutious route bpq-segm-ngp-g and the time consumption will be reduced.so think about this and make the proposal for the plan of extending this passenger train till kazipet or nizamabad via peddapalli .
already one daily express bus is running from hyderabad-gondia which is operated by tsrtc siddipet depot bus.this bus has a lot of demand every time it will be jam packed with passengers and it runs via siddipet-karimnagar-peddapalli-mancherial-asifabad -gadchiroli-chandrapur which takes a lot of time by bus and fare is very high and uncomfortable journey,so if you extend this till kazipet it will benefit gondia people a lot they can have direct journet to warangal and peddapalli and mancherial by this train.if suppose if they want to go to hyd they will get down at kazipet and from kzj-sc there are so many trains,so they can catch any of the trains coming from ap cities
so think about this and forward this proposal to railway officials of secr to extend it till kazipet or nizamabad(via peddapalli) for better connectivity of north telangana districts with vidarbha districts people.which increases relation among all these people
