Even ASN-GAYA memu is running since a long time and takes about 8hrs do you believe it runs completely empty. It serves many intermediate passengers.
Similarly If ASN gives even 80-90 passengers for JSME, Kiul, NWD combined it's enough to make this a hit.
Look it's not about shifting blame it's just about enlarging the area it caters to, the way BGP HWH VB has been given infinite no of irrelevant halts.
NWD has lot of travellers to HWH and 13024 is not the first choice. If this is extended to ASN this can become 1st choice to thousands like NWD-ASN then take any train going eastward.
By the way ASN is not the only option for extension, the kind of political backing this train has I won't be surprised if it gets extended to HWH, but as discussed ASN is more viable option among RPH in the east and PRYJ in the west.
