Meanwhile, Indian Railways scrapped a ₹30,000 crore tender awarded to Alstom for the manufacturing and maintenance of 100 aluminum-bodied Vande Bharat train sets, citing concerns about the initial offer's abruptness. Sudhanshu Mani, creator of the Vande Bharat train, expressed disappointment, stating that this is the second unsuccessful attempt to employ a manufacturer for aluminum body trains and that it is a setback for the project, potentially delaying it by several years.

Line se connectivity improve hone aur travel time kam hone ki umeed hai, sath hi ye safe, affordable, aur sustainable transport solution bhi provide karega. Iske alawa, Indian Railways ne Alstom ko di gayi ₹30,000 crore ki tender cancel kar di, jo 100 aluminum-bodied Vande Bharat train sets ke manufacturing aur maintenance ke liye thi. Tender panel ne company ke initial offer ki abruptness ke bare mein concerns express kiye. Sudhanshu Mani, Vande Bharat train ke creator, ne is baat par disappointment express ki, aur kaha ki yeh aluminium body trains ke liye manufacturer employ karne ka dusra unsuccessful attempt hai, aur ye project ke liye setback hai, jisse yeh kuchh saalon ke liye delay ho sakta hai.
