Passenger trains. The Dhanbad-Tatanagar Swarnarekha Express will only run up to Adra, while the Asansol-Tatanagar MEMU train will terminate at Purulia. The disruption will affect hundreds of passengers traveling between Jharkhand and Bengal. The bridge repairs will be carried out using a crane between 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM. The General Manager (GM) of South Eastern Railway Zone, AK Mishra, will inspect the work on the third line from Salga Jhari West Cabin to Adityapur station on Saturday. The GM will also review the bridge repairs and station development work in Adityapur. RVNL has laid parallel tracks, sleepers, and traction poles between Tatanagar and Adityapur. The trial run for the new line will be scheduled soon. Platform, line, and foot overbridge work at Adityapur station is underway to facilitate the introduction of a new Route Relay Interlocking (RRI) system in July. The Tatanagar to Buxar and Asansol Express trains will be cancelled on Sunday, June 16, 2024, due to line block in the Adra Railway Division. The Tatanagar to Hatia train will take a different route via Chandil, while the Dhanbad-Tatanagar Swarnarekha Express and Buxar train will terminate at Burnpur instead of Tatanagar. The Shalimar Udaipur Express will be cancelled from June 29-30, the Shalimar Bhuj Express will be cancelled from June 29 to July 9, and the Santragachhi Rani Kamalapati Express will be cancelled from July 3 to July 11, due to track repairs in Madhya Pradesh. The Puri Rishikesh Utkal Express will not stop at Malkhedi station from June 18 to July 8. Seven pairs of trains operating from Tatanagar will be cancelled from June 24 to July 1 due to a line block in the Bilaspur Division. Additionally, thirteen pairs of trains departing from or passing through Tatanagar will be cancelled from June 22 to July 1 due to a line block between Santragachhi and Sankrail stations near Howrah for linking the link line.
