If it is tatkal spl, then no refund for confirm booking i guess. Or in some cases i saw getting only 50% back

Railways deducted 260rs when i cancelled 24hrs prior to departure. According to them its a tatkal special but ticket is normal. Hence we can avail refund.

Generally zonal TTs are sold in the RS of respective zones. At RS near boundary of a 2 zones may sell TT of these 2 zones, At major junctions like NGP where many trains of far off zones pass, you may get more than 2 TTs (out of 5)
TAG is sold pan India.
