Looks like SCR has proposed a dedicated biweekly train from SC to VSG in this year IRTTC.
With LHB conversion of 18047/48 planned this year there is a high likelihood that this train may get introduced if SWR and RB have no objections.

It will be a crawler too same slot of HYB VSG express.
It will touch both SC and KCG.
Speed if at all possible only can be done in SCR from KCG to GTL.
BAY to VSG forget it the route is not 110 kph capable and saturated with freight traffic.
