I get it now. I dont think so its politics. I think its also due to the fact that Akal Takh SF express runs on Sultanpur route. It makes sense to divert one SF via Pratapgarh

They can also off load some trains via BSB, Jhangai . Unchhar and rae barelli to lucknow. Thats another route ! FYI . So looks like there are 4 routes from BSB to LKO
