30 saal ke liye yeh zameen lease par le li hai. Isse yeh project phir se shuru ho sakega. Yeh project January 2024 mein shuru hua tha aur October 2024 tak complete hone wala hai. Is project ki cost 1.16 billion rupees hai. Zameen ki problem ke wajah se kaam ruk gaya tha, lekin ab lease agreement hone ke baad, kaam jaldi se complete hoga.
