train will begin operating on the Bikaner to Delhi route in November, offering a 4-hour journey with daily service starting in November. The Vande Bharat Express, known as Train 18, is India's first indigenously manufactured semi-high-speed train. It boasts a top speed of 160 km/h and comes equipped with modern features like GPS-based passenger information, Wi-Fi, and CCTV cameras for enhanced security. The increasing demand for sleeper class Vande Bharat trains for longer routes is being addressed, as currently, all operational Vande Bharat trains only offer chair car and executive chair car classes.
