bridge will then be connected to the main lines on both the Parade and Jhusi sides. This project is part of the Eastern Railway's Varanasi Division's effort to double the Prayagraj-Banaras railway line. Construction began two years ago, with the first girder being placed on the Jhusi side in June 2022. A total of 24 girders will be installed on 25 pillars. Currently, 19 girders have been installed from the Jhusi side and one from the Daraganj side. The bridge, costing around ₹500 crore, is expected to increase train speed and reduce travel time between Prayagraj and Banaras upon completion.

Do saal pehle construction shuru hua tha, aur June 2022 me Jhusi side pe pehla girder rakha gaya tha. 25 pillars pe total 24 girders lagna hai. Abhi tak Jhusi side se 19 aur Daraganj side se 1 girders lag gaye hain. 500 crore ki lagat se banne wala yeh bridge Prayagraj se Banaras ke beech train ki speed badhayega aur travel time kam karega.
