Thousands of rupees were collected as fines from dozens of passengers caught traveling without tickets on various trains. TERs Mandal, Kamal Kumar Dubey, and Raju Chaudhary were present at the scene. The body of an unidentified tribal man (around 35 years old) was found crushed under a rock in an abandoned mine near Sualapur village on January 19th. After an autopsy at Rajmahal Sub-Divisional Hospital, the body remained unidentified. The police filed a case (case number 5/24) based on the watchman's statement at the Threepahar Police Station. The body was kept in the hospital's cold storage. After five days, the body was still unidentified. Despite sending the photo to all police stations, the body could not be identified. On Tuesday, the body was buried near Jhapai Bridge.
