Operated To Bhadigund Limestone Quarries. From Bhadravati the tramway ran cross the River Bahdra on the same bridge as the MSR metre gauge(MG) line and the rails were laid between the existing track giving 4 rails across the bridge

I was pleasantly surprised to see that this branch line to Shivamogga has a pretty good speed. The beautiful arecanut and banana plantations provided a great scenery.
