Similar to Nizamabad Kacheguda Fast Passenger trains, SCR should ply these type of train between Nanded and Nizamabad ( or Kamareddi ) at least once or twice a day. I understand the unavailability of rakes but there are more reasons that fast passengers can be beneficial between these two inter state stations.
1. Abundant traffic between NED and NZB. Most and all trains are upto their capacity between these stations.
2. Currently there is no daily train from NED after 08:45AM, till 02:15PM. Both the Devagiri and Intercity Exp are too brim since...

there is no space to set both the foots comfortably in General section.
3. Similarly from NZB to NED, only 1 passenger train runs between 03:05PM (Devagiri) and 09:05PM (Ajanta). If speaking of Ajanta, we can't even set a single foot comfortably in GS.

Newly LHBfied LTT-NZB Exp extended till Karimnagar. Extension date yet to be announced. Though the rakes are shared with 2 other trains, hope it runs daily or atleast thrice a week.

NZB-KCG Demu hauls from PF3 and gets ready to depart as the KCG-NZB Demu arrives at PF2. While the loco is reversed for the just arrived Pune-NZB Passenger at PF1 which is also getting ready for the rake sharing with NZB-Pandarpur Passenger which departs at the same time but in opposite direction of NZB-KCG.
