Chandauli Express बालेश्वर रेल हादसे के बाद भी रेलवे में लापरवाही का सिलसिला जारी है। लोको पायलट और सहायक चालक की लापरवाही के कारण सोमवार रात लगभग 1115 बजे मथुरा से हावड़ा जंक्शन जा रही मथुरा-हावड़ा-चंबल एक्सप्रेस (12178) मुगलसराय डिवीजन में आने वाले बिहार के भभुआ स्टेशन के पास 130 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की गति से रेड सिग्नल को पार कर गई।
