Mandir ke garbhgrih ke upar Omkareshwar Shiva ki murti pratisthit hai, aur iske tinon or Ganesha, Parvati aur Kartikeya ki murtiyaan sthit hain. Dakshin disha mein Nandi ki vishal murti garbhgrih ke pravesh dwar par virajaman hai. Mandir ki teesri manzil par Nagachandreshwar ki murti sthapit hai, jiske darshan sirf Nag Panchami ke din hote hain.
