Control Board following an order from the NGT. The committee also recommended the installation of a sewage treatment plant by the Darbhanga Railway. The fine applies for the period from March 1, 2021 to September 9, 2024. The Talab Bachao Abhiyan, an organization advocating for the protection of ponds, had filed a case with the NGT regarding the pollution. The organization welcomed the NGT order and plans to expand its efforts to protect water bodies throughout Bihar.

gayi committee ne lagaaya hai, jo NGT ke order ke baad banayi gayi thi. Committee ne Darbhanga Railway ko sewage treatment plant bhi lagane ka suggestion diya hai. Yeh fine March 1, 2021 se September 9, 2024 tak ke liye hai. Talab Bachao Abhiyan, ek organization jo ponds ko bachane ke liye kaam karta hai, ne NGT mein yeh case daal tha. Organization ne NGT ke order ka swagat kiya hai aur pura Bihar ke water bodies ko bachane ke liye apne efforts ko aur bhi zyada wide level par le jaane ki plan bana rakha hai.
