He asked the construction company for the reason for the delay. Station Superintendent Dilip Kumar and Coaching Superintendent Ajay Kumar were present. The construction agency was questioned about the handover date of the parcel office and GRP building. The Project Director replied that the parcel office and GRP building will be handed over in August. The delay in barricading work on platform number one was attributed to the shifting of the GRP and SS offices. The marking has been completed and the barricading will begin and the old building will be demolished once the offices are shifted. The barricading work for the foot overbridge on the platform has begun today, and the work on platform two will also begin soon. The Station Superintendent informed that the location for shifting the GRP and SS offices has been selected, and once administrative approval is received, both offices will be shifted. The Divisional Engineer stated that the work is progressing as per schedule. The construction work is being carried out with quality in mind and no compromise will be tolerated. The construction company and consultant have been instructed to expedite the work and to hold meetings under the chairmanship of the Station Superintendent to submit a joint report in case of any problem. In such a situation, the issue will be addressed immediately by discussing it with the Divisional Rail Manager and the Chief Project Manager. He emphasized that the project work should not be delayed under any circumstances.

Nirman company aur consultant ko kaam mein tezi laane aur kisi bhi tarah ki problem hone par Station Superintendent ki adhyakshta mein meeting kar sankalit report dene ka nirdesh diya gaya hai. Aisi sthiti mein, Mandal Rail Prabhandak aur Mukhya Pariyojana Prabhandak se charcha kar turant problem ka samadhan kiya jaayega. Kaha gaya ki kisi bhi bahane se project par kaam rukna nahi chahiye.
