के वेटिंग टिकट न बनाने के आदेश के बावजूद हुआ। अंबाला डिवीजन के कुछ टीटीई, जिसमें दो औरतें भी थीं, वेटिंग टिकट बनाते दिखे। टीटीई और आरपीएफ कर्मचारियों ने इनको रिजर्वड कोच से उतारने की कोशिश भी नहीं की और ना ही उन पर कोई जुर्माना लगाए। इससे रेलवे के आदेशों की पालन नहीं होने का पता चलता है, जिससे कंफर्म टिकट वालों को परेशानी होती है।

TTEs aur RPF staff ne inko reserved coaches se utarne ki koshish bhi nahin ki aur na hi un pe koi fine lagae. Isse railway ke orders ki palan nahin hone ka pata chalta hai, jisse confirmed ticket walon ko pareshani hoti hai.
