their income is declining due to the increasing use of escalators, lifts, and battery rickshaws for luggage, are facing a crisis in employment. They requested pensions for old porters, accident insurance, and the withdrawal of cases filed against porters in Prayagraj. Fateh Mohammad, a porter leader, stated that 400 representatives from across the country had come to Lucknow to raise their demands and warned of a one-day strike in Delhi if their demands were not met.

unki demands nahi mani gayi toh unhone nationwide strike karne ki dhamki di. Porters ka kehna hai ki escalators, lifts, aur battery rickshaws ke use badhne se unki income kam ho rahi hai aur unko employment mein problem aa rahi hai. Unhone purane porters ke liye pension, accident insurance, aur Prayagraj mein porters ke khilaf file kiye gaye cases ko withdraw karne ki maang ki. Porter leader Fateh Mohammad ne kaha ki desh bhar se 400 representatives Lucknow aaye hain apni demands rakhne ke liye aur unhone dhamki di hai ki agar unki demands nahi mani gayi toh woh Delhi mein ek din ki strike karenge.
