The goods train was travelling at approximately 45 kmph at the time of the accident. The cause of the signal failure was attributed to lightning and thunderstorms. The incident is currently under investigation, with the Commissioner of Railway Safety conducting a detailed inquiry. sakta tha. Lekin, Kanchanjunga Express ko bhi aisa hi authority diya gaya tha aur woh signal (AS-650) par ruk gaya tha, accident se pehle. Goods train accident ke time almost 45 kmph ki speed se chal raha tha. Signal failure ka reason lightning aur thunderstorms ko bataya gaya hai. Is incident ki investigation Commissioner of Railway Safety kar rahe hain. Goods train ka locopilot speed restrictions ko violate kiya, kyunki use 15 kmph ki speed se, saawdhan rahte hue, kisi bhi obstruction ko dekhte hue chalna chahiye tha. Commissioner of Railway Safety is incident ki jaanch kar rahe hain.
