The 12107 LTT-Sitapur Express arrived at Central Station at 12:20 PM and was parked at platform six. After an hour, passengers inquired about the delay, but received no clear explanation. Teen ghanta beet gaye, toh passengers ne shor machaana shuru kar diya.
