curb tax evasion and illegal transportation. Railway Board directives issued in February regarding the inclusion of SGST and CGST details and guidelines for booking and delivery are not being followed. The state tax commissioner issued orders to zonal officials in April to curb illegal goods transportation. The railway board has also mandated coordination between railway and tax officials. The railway board has clarified that consigner and consignee details, forwarding notes, parcel e-way bills, and manifests must be provided. Delivery will only be granted upon presentation of an e-way bill, unless the receiver is exempt from its requirement under CGST rules. The e-rail receipt must include the e-way bill number or money receipt number for delivery. The railway has also issued an advisory with eight other points related to goods booking.

State tax commissioner ne April mein zonal officials ko illegal mal transport ko rokne ke liye aadesh jaari kiye the. Railway board ne bhi railway aur tax officials ke beech coordination ka aadesh diya hai. Railway board ne clear kiya hai ki consigner aur consignee ki details, forwarding notes, parcel e-way bills, aur manifests dene jaruri hain. Delivery sirf e-way bill dikane par hi hogi, unless receiver CGST rules ke tahat isse exempt hai. E-rail receipt mein delivery ke liye e-way bill number ya money receipt number register karna hoga. Railway ne mal booking ke liye 8 aur points ki advisory bhi jaari ki hai.
