January to March was 84.63 lakh, 86.15 lakh, and 86.82 lakh respectively. CMRL also detailed the various ticketing methods used in April, including travel cards, NCMC, QR codes, paper QR, Paytm, Whatsapp ticketing, PhonePe, ONDC, token tickets, and group ticketing. To encourage ridership, CMRL offers a 20 percent discount on all ticketing options.
