Passengers are complaining about overcrowding on alternative trains, particularly the Mailani Gomti Nagar Express, with people even sitting in the gallery and bathroom areas. The station superintendent confirmed the cancellation of the 15069 and 15070 Intercity trains, the Lokmanya Tilak, Bandra, and Narkatiaganj to Gomti Nagar trains, until January 22nd. However, the 15065 and 15066 Panvel Express running from Gorakhpur to Mumbai has been resumed.

ke liye fir se cancel kar diya gaya hai, kyunki remodelling ka kaam abhi pura nahi hua hai. Is wajah se jo passengers tickets book kar chuke hain, unhe bahut dikkat ho rahi hai. Passengers complaint kar rahe hain ki dusri trains, khaas kar Mailani Gomti Nagar Express, bahut crowded hain, aur log gallery aur bathroom me bhi baith kar ja rahe hain. Station superintendent ne confirm kiya hai ki 15069 aur 15070 Intercity trains, Lokmanya Tilak, Bandra, aur Narkatiaganj se Gomti Nagar tak chalne wali trains, 22 January tak ke liye cancel kar di gayi hain. Par Gorakhpur se Mumbai jaane wali 15065 aur 15066 Panvel Express start kar di gayi hai.
