ಚಿಕ್ಕಜಾಜೂರು–ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಜೋಡಿಮಾರ್ಗದ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಹಳಿಯ ತಿರುವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿರುವ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ರೈತರು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Only extra land between kundagoal and sankli can make this line as 130kmph? Their might be more such curves in other stretches too I think. What SWR official want to convey don't know.. line allignment improves to achieve speed of 130 kmph that's great I think..
Great, I guess this means MPS on SBC-UBL stretch will be 130 kph after doubling and electrification. I guess even UBL-LD-MRJ-PUNE will also be 130kph MPS, which means whole stretch will be group-B section instead of group-D section
Due to more number of curves on the route, 130kmph speed can be maintained for relatively small stretches resulting in less than the sdesired reduction in journey times.
