Yes absolutly barring Platform 1, rest all the water taps in DHN are more or less always dry!

Things like this are very common in DHN sir, I believe there is some sort of agreement between the vendors and the authorities!

but no denying about the pleasant experience i had at dhn reservation office, specially standing near to "F only" queue. At one point i considered coming to DHN for all my prs bookings :D :D
Sir if I have a enjoyable female company alongside, I will be willing to book the tickets of all the people behind me, standing the queue, as well :P!
