Every route is not meant for long distance train. These route shall be utilized for local connectivity and proper connectivity to long distance route at Sasaram & Ara station.
But I think some train should be diverted via ara-sasaram route like 12349.
First people need to learn to buy proper tickets, and also not to beat/throw the TTE's if caught ticketless. Also the route is full of unmanned halts and railway crossing, which needs to be eradicated.
Jai Ho Bihar Ki. Chahe nitish ya Modi, Koi kisi ko discipline nahi sikha deta.
Indiscipline to apne UP me bhi hai guru, dildarnagar k qisse to sune hi honge.
