Major blockage for High Speed: Its not certainly Track nor Single Traction (to some extent) & definitely not Electrification which impact train schedule but congestion @ BSB/LKO Entrance: Its just like DND Flyway gets stretched into Ashram Entrance...After rocking fly-speed, u start crawling!!
U keep PBH/SLN Route complete double, but Utratia-Dilkusha too gonna remain Double only along with Dilkusha-LKO...how triple traffic can b adjusted as in same run flow, negotiating traffic akin 2 double & 1 single track...till this dont get resolved, train may cover in between BSB-LKO in 4 hrs...bt BSB-LKO may remain 5-6 hrs journey!!

Lko-sln-bsb ka 148 km abhi bhi single section h isliye spd up nhi ho pa rah next year jb double line ho jayega tbhi spd up hoga ye
That single track dont play fouil much as the Entrance for LKO Outer do!!
Even with this Single Traction, SJ covers BSB-LKO in 4 hrs many times, while lot many SF covers the same stretch within 4 hrs, with 30 mins to 1-2 hrs blockage in between Utratia-LKO!!

MB-UMB 274 KMS hai use trains 4 hours me complete nhi kr pati jbki ye track Double and electrified hai jiski MPS bhi 110 KMPH hai. To LKO-BSB ko kaise kregi jo 300 KMS hai..?
