Bhagalpur to Howrah semi-high-speed train 17
started from September 17
reached Howrah at a maximum speed of 130 km/h. From Howrah
for the first time, 199 passengers arrived with passengers.
219 passengers departed from Bhagalpur.

A Traction Distribution Sub-Station (TSS) was inaugurated by DRM Bhavnagar Shri Ravish Kumar on 18-09-2024 (Wednesday) to operate electric trains on electric traction in Bhavnagar. Shri Himanshu Sharma (ADRM - Bhavnagar), Shri Pradeep Kumar Gupta (Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer) and other branch officials of Bhavnagar Division were present on this occasion. Divisional Railway Manager Shri Ravish Kumar and other officials also planted trees.

This newly constructed traction sub-station will improve the reliability of power supply for running electric trains.
