that the staff dismissed her concerns. Another passenger shared a similar experience on the Jnaneswari Super Fast Express, witnessing a large rat and cockroaches. In October 2023, a passenger on the Mumbai-Madgaon Express captured a video of rats feasting on food in the pantry. He reported the issue to the RPF, but they dismissed his concerns claiming that there are hundreds of rats under the tracks. The pantry manager admitted to the presence of rats but said they couldn't do anything about it due to receiving substandard coaches.

Dusre passenger ne bhi Jnaneswari Super Fast Express mein aisa hi experience share kiya, jisme unhone bada chuhha aur cockroach dekhe. October 2023 mein, Mumbai-Madgaon Express mein ek passenger ne pantry mein chuhon ko khana khaate hue video record ki. Jab unhone RPF se shikayat ki to unhe ye kehte hue dismiss kar diya gaya ki tracks ke niche 500-600 chuhhe hain, toh 5-6 chuhhe andar aane se kya farq padta hai. Pantry manager ne chuhon ki maujoodgi accept ki lekin kaha ki woh kuchh nahin kar sakte kyonki unhe railway se substandard coaches milte hain.
