Divisional Electrical Engineer (General), Senior Divisional Mechanical Engineer (Freight), CDOs at Ashbag and Gomti Nagar, Assistant Engineer (Electrical), and other officials and staff were present during the inspection. Separately, the Commissioner of Railway Safety (CRS) inspected the 28.43 km railway line from Safdarganj to Saidkhanpur, Daryabad, and Patranga under the Lucknow Division of North Railway. The inspection was part of the doubling and electrification project of the route. The CRS also approved the operation of trains on the 237.65 km railway line from Barabanki to Jaunpur via Akbarpur, following the inspection of the doubling and electrification works carried out under the North Central Railway Division.
