'It's a Shame': Bombay HC Raps Railways Over High Number of Mumbai Local Commuter Deaths

The court sought affidavits from the General Managers of both railways and the assistance of an Additional Solicitor General to address the matter. The Western Railway argued that they have implemented safety measures, but the court stressed the need for effective solutions.
