Yep it happens some of the trains are alloted LHB and sometimes at the last moment they cancel it and give it for some other trains but they do however later convert it but mostly in 1 or more years. Coming to Amravati Express (18047) it will be restricted to 20 LHB coaches mostly but if they commision the 2nd Pitline that might not be the case because then it can easily accommodate 22 LHB coaches. Let's see if commissioning happens before LHB converison.
