Hyderabad Trains To Get Faster! New Railway Lines To Reduce Travel Time By 30 Minutes | Details

South Central Railway (SCR) has begun construction of two new railway lines in Hyderabad to improve train efficiency. The first is a four-kilometer 'chord line' between Lallaguda and Sitaphalmandi, designed to speed up long-distance train transit. The second involves doubling and electrifying the line between Seethaphalmandi and Moula Ali, including Malakjgiri...

station, which will reduce travel time by 30 minutes. This project includes blocking one vent of the Road Under Bridge (RuB) near Alugadda Bhavi for construction. The new lines will connect Secunderabad station to the Kazipet, Nizamabad, and Kacheguda main lines, allowing for smoother train movement. The chord line will eliminate the need for trains to travel a circular route, allowing them to take a left turn at Lallaguda and reach Sitaphalmandi, then Kacheguda. Doubling and electrification work will take around 90 days, requiring 45 days of closure for each of the two RuB vents.

South Central Railway (SCR) ne Hyderabad mein do new railway lines banaana shuru kar diya hai, jiske saath train movement ka efficiency badhega. Pehla ek four-kilometer 'chord line' hai jo Lallaguda aur Sitaphalmandi ke beech ban raha hai, jiske saath long-distance trains ka transit tez hoga. Dusra project Seethaphalmandi se Moula...

Ali tak existing single line ko double aur electrify karna hai, jisme Malakjgiri station bhi aata hai, jiske saath travel time 30 minutes tak kam hoga. Is project mein Alugadda Bhavi ke paas Road Under Bridge (RuB) ke ek vent ko traffic ke liye band karna bhi shamil hai. New lines Secunderabad station ko Kazipet, Nizamabad, aur Kacheguda main lines se connect karega, jiske saath trains ki movement smooth hogi. Chord line se trains ko circular route se chalne ki jarurat nahi rahegi, aur woh Lallaguda se left turn lekar Sitaphalmandi aur phir Kacheguda pahunch sakte hain. Doubling and electrification ka kaam lagabhag 90 din mein poora hoga, jisme RuB ke har do vents ko 45 din tak band rakhna padega.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
