Similarly, on its return journey, train number 22416, departing from New Delhi, was delayed by 30 minutes on December 20th, 7 minutes on December 21st, 2.08 hours on December 22nd. On December 23rd, the train departed New Delhi at 4:43 PM instead of the scheduled 3:00 PM, and is expected to arrive at Prayagraj Junction after 10:30 PM. The delays have been attributed to foggy conditions, impacting other train schedules on the Delhi route as well, leading to inconvenience for passengers.

route ki dusri trains ki bhi chal bigad gayi hai. Lagatar dusre din Prayagraj Express sahit, tamam trains yahaan time se nahi pahunch sakin. Isse yaatriyon ko bhi pareshani hui. Varanasi se New Delhi ke liye 22415 Vande Bharat Express ka niyamit sanchalan Budhvaar 20 December se shuru hua hai. Varanasi se New Delhi ke liye 20 December ko yeh train saat minute, 21 December ko 12 minute, 22 December ko 14 minute aur 23 December ko 41 minute deri se Prayagraj Junction pahunchi. Isi tarah, vapasi mein gaadi sankhya 22416 Vande Bharat, New Delhi se chalne ke baad, 20 December ko 30 minute, 21 ko saat minute, 22 ko 2.08 ghante ki deri se junction pahunchi. 23 December ko bhi Vande Bharat, New Delhi se dopahar 3 baje ki bajay sham 4.43 baje chali. Prayagraj Junction par yahaan raat 10:30 baje ke baad aane ki baat kahi gayi hai.
