On June 26, 2014 Brindavan Express Locomotive #22697 WAP4 instead WAP7 Loco. Yet WAP4 kept speed all the way and reached Jolarpettai 10 mins Late while reaching JLR junction made very slow movement which is accepted instead more late, even WAP7 makes similar late.
-So its not which Locomotive pulling Brindavan whether WAP4 or WDP4 or WDM3a or WAP7 or recent AQ-WAP7. But its LOCO-PILOTs kind responsible to maintain on-time Performance as per Time Table. But unfortunately Departure starts 5-10 mins Late daily at SBC then BNC and at KJM already 10-15 mins further Late done.

all Intermediate-Stations Brindavan made Late-running 30 to 45+ mins by the Station-Master along with Loco-Pilots kept on Late- running-affair should be kindly avoided.
-In the past saw Brindavan gain speed and cover late minutes. But once DD introduced Brindavan slot taken, then speed reduced from 62 to 58 km/h and started dragging, and regret what all further delay happens who knows?
-Also MAS-SBC Brindavan takes almost 1-hour from KJM 12.55 pm to SBC arrival 2.00pm for 14 km due to unnecessary holding at Baiyapanahalli stn. reached head of time is a daily-affair due to Karnataka Express Delhi-SBC running Late & far behind arriving near Yelhanka Station but make Brindavan passengers waiting long-time and hunger to buy some food & snacks when reach at SBC.
-But same Brindavan Chennai to Arakkonam covering nearly 65 km non-stop in 1 hours time! This prove Brindavan easily cover 5H.45mins instead of dragging to 6H.10 mins due to long-wait at BYPL station.
-Instead SWR-Officials kindly allow Brindavan Passengers on humanitarian-grounds to proceed from KJM to BNC without stop and SBC before KK arrival later at BYPL to solve this daily crisis.
Former State Railway Minister Mr. Velu said factors such as the time taken for the slow down and acceleration of the Brindavan train during the arrival & departure at a station, and the Grievances of Long-Distance Passengers about the increased running time taken by the Superfast trains owing to the increase in the number of halts have to be taken into consideration Before introducing more halts for such trains. Brindavan from JTJ to VN & Ambur made stoppage in very short distance aprox 15 km each stops for not a Superfast train.
-HOPE SR & SWR will do something to increase Brindavan Speed to adjust this short-distance- stops-Passengers can travel. And also Early Departure & Early Arrival before DD train so that middle-class, aged people and aam aadmi reach their homes to save lot of additional local transport expenses after reaching Chennai-Central at 9.15 pm and also when further late.
-Finally, when Brindavan constant speeding & crossing Pattabiram Station a Passenger during his serious talks with family members saying Brindavan Express is also called as "Jayalalithaa Express" which made us surprise and immense joy for some time and other passengers started talking about Amma Mineral Water, Amma Unavagam and Amma Pharmacy.
Hope be optimistic one day in reality our CM Amma may name this Brindavan so that it will help middle class and poor will travel punctuality and much earlier timings than late and enjoy a clean-rake if IR Officials great help.
